Boundary Advisory Committee Meeting #1: October 19, 2021
The Boundary Advisory Committee members were taken through a presentation that included the attendance area adjustment process, timeline, and background information. Committee members then edited a set of planning units that will be used as puzzle pieces to create boundary scenarios at future meetings.

Boundary Advisory Committee Meeting #2: October 26, 2021
Boundary Advisory Committee members used the planning units that they helped create at the previous meeting to begin to build boundary scenarios. The committee will continue to create boundary scenarios at the next meeting.

Boundary Advisory Committee members continued to create boundary scenarios.
Community Feedback – Preliminary Scenarios
Scenarios were released to the community on November 12, 2021. Two in-person community meetings were held, one at each high school, for community members to ask questions and discuss scenarios. Below are the scenarios, as well as all information related to community feedback.

Boundary Advisory Committee Meeting #4: December 7, 2021
The Boundary Advisory Committee met to review the feedback that was received from the community on the 4 scenarios presented. The committee also spent time reviewing the scenarios to determine what updates were possible. The previously presented Scenario 1 was taken out of the mix completely, and the other three scenarios were adjusted to better represent the community’s preferences and Board guidelines.

Community Feedback – Final 3 Scenarios
On December 13th, the three updated scenarios created during Boundary Advisory Committee Meeting #4 were presented to the Board of Education. Community members were asked to complete a survey regarding these final three scenarios. Below is all information pertaining to these scenarios.

(OPTIONAL) Boundary Advisory Committee Meeting #5: January 4, 2022
The Boundary Advisory Committee met virtually to review the feedback that was received from the community on the 3 final scenarios. Committee members were presented with results summaries, and evaluated each scenario based on the Board of Education Attendance Area Guidelines (see Board Policy JC: School Attendance Areas for additional information on BOE guidelines).
