February 21, 2023<\/strong>
The Boundary Advisory Committee met for the first time to review the process, background information, and create initial boundary scenarios.

February 28, 2023<\/strong>
The Boundary Advisory Committee met to review the scenarios created during the previous meeting. During this time, the committee reviewed scenarios, made a few updates, and determined benefits and challenges of each scenario to be presented to the community for feedback.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

March 6-12, 2023<\/mark><\/strong>
A series of three scenarios for each area were released to parents for review and feedback. The information below contains the materials for these scenarios, as well as the survey results for each geographic area.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

March 14, 2023<\/mark><\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Boundary Advisory Committee met to review the results from the surveys, and discussed a recommendation. The recommendation were presented to the Board of Trustees on March 28th, 2023.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

March 28 & 29, 2023<\/mark><\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On March 28, 2023, The Board of Trustees was presented with the Boundary Advisory Committee, District 91, and Consultant recommendations for each area (A.H. Bush & Temple View \/ Edgemont Gardens & Sunnyside). Upon the close of this meeting, surveys were available to community members to provide feedback to the Board of Trustees to use when voting on this matter. <\/mark>The results of these surveys can be found below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On March 29, 2023, two open-house community meetings were held for community members to review maps and ask questions about the recommendations. One meeting was held at A.H. Bush Elementary School, and the other meeting was held at Edgemont Gardens Elementary School. April 12, 2023<\/mark><\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Board of Trustees voted to approve Scenario 1 for A.H. Bush & Temple View, and Scenario 1b for Edgemont Gardens & Sunnyside at their meeting on April 12th. <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n
