The Boundary Advisory Committee, D91 Staff, and Consultant recommend the following:<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two recommendations for the boundary changes between Sunnyside and Edgemont Gardens<\/strong>. <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first recommendation (previously Scenario 1a- first image below) moves the area south of E 49th Street, between S Holmes Ave & S 15th E, and north of E 65th S, from Sunnyside into Edgemont. This move includes the Belmont Estates subdivision.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should the recommendation above not provide enough relief to Sunnyside, the committee recommends that the Board approve Scenario 1b (second image below), which includes sending the area outlined in yellow below to Edgemont Gardens.<\/mark> This includes the Dunes at Sand Creek subdivision.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n
